Meet the Team

Jane

Jane

Jane grew up in East Sussex then moved to London in her early twenties where she launched her career in the property world. Within twelve months she was managing her first office in Battersea and over the next 8 years she managed numerous successful offices for one of London’s leading independent agents. Jane’s growing reputation gave rise to an approach from Foxtons Group PLC who asked her to establish a brand new training department. Jane moved back to Sussex in 2001 with her young family, but continued with consultancy work in London. Her love of the job comes from having a natural interest in people and a genuine desire to get their home buying / selling problems solved. As a result, in 2013 she felt the time was right to dispel the myth that: “all agents are the same” and set up Flint & Co to serve Haywards Heath and the surrounding villages.

Jane brought a fresh approach to the local market and quickly became recognised for being honest, hardworking, ethical and caring, building a catalogue of five star Google reviews and testimonials. Jane’s style of agency has proved to be a winning formula and was recognised in 2020 when Flint & Co picked up the prestigious Best Estate Agency Guide ‘Exceptional Category’ Award. Whilst you’ll frequently find Jane in the office late into the day – it’s not all about work. Jane is a highly sociable creature and never happier than when visiting one of our many excellent pubs or restaurants with friends and family and she enjoys walking her beloved spaniel across the South Downs and also gardening in the rain. She does her best to keep fit, walking every morning and is a passionate skier.
